1. Interpretation and Definitions

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions apply throughout these Terms.

  • Company: Eternal Tarot Collective Ltd, registered in the Republic of Cyprus.
  • Service: The websites, platforms, and digital products operated by the Company, including subscription-based content, online courses, downloadable or streaming meditations, and other digital materials.
  • Website: Any site operated by or on behalf of the Company, including those hosted on third-party platforms such as Kajabi.
  • Account: A unique account created by You to access the Service.
  • Subscription: The Company’s recurring membership service, currently known as “Inner Compass.”
  • Digital Content: Data produced and supplied in digital form, including but not limited to videos, audio, and PDFs.
  • Order: A request by You to purchase Digital Content or a Subscription.
  • Community: Any forum, comment area, or interactive feature provided by the Company, including but not limited to The Eternal Tarot Community.
  • You: The individual or legal entity using the Service.

2. Acknowledgment

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, please discontinue use.

You confirm that You are at least the age of majority in Your country of residence (and in any case not under 18).

Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect Your personal data under applicable law.

3. Purpose and Nature of Services

All content provided is for entertainment, inspiration, and self-help.

The Company does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for how You interpret and apply all insights or information.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.

Always seek professional advice before making decisions that could affect Your health, finances, or legal standing.

5. Orders and Payments

You must provide accurate and complete payment information and authorise the Company to charge the applicable fees and taxes.

All EU consumer prices include VAT based on Your billing address.

For customers outside the EU, prices may exclude VAT or other taxes.

Payment processing and access delivery may be managed by third-party providers (such as Kajabi or Stripe).

6. Subscription Terms (Inner Compass)

By subscribing, You authorise recurring payments to Your chosen method. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel anytime within Your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Price or feature updates will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice where required by law.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If You are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, You may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase, unless You have expressly consented to immediate access to Digital Content, in which case You waive this right.

To exercise withdrawal, email [email protected]. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Where the right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method.

For Subscriptions, goodwill refunds for the current billing period may be granted if requested within 14 days of billing.

Refunds do not apply to previous billing cycles unless required by law.

For courses that include a completion-based guarantee, if You complete the course and do not feel more connected to Your intuition or spirit guides, You may request a full refund within 14 days of completion. This voluntary guarantee does not affect Your statutory withdrawal rights.

9. Pricing and VAT

Prices may change periodically. Any price updates will be notified in advance and take effect on renewal.

For EU consumers, prices shown include VAT.

10. Availability, Modifications, and Force Majeure

While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, availability and descriptions may change.

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical outages, or regulatory actions.

If a Subscription must be discontinued for such reasons, we will give at least 30 days’ notice where possible and issue proportionate refunds for unused paid periods.

11. Promotions

Promotions may have their own terms and timelines. Where inconsistencies exist, promotion-specific rules prevail.

12. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and notifying us of any unauthorised use.

The Company may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached.

13. Intellectual Property

All Digital Content and features remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

Reproduction or redistribution requires prior written consent.

14. Feedback

You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and develop derivative works based on feedback or suggestions You provide, for the purpose of improving our Service.

15. Community Participation and User-Generated Content

15.1 Access and Conduct

If You participate in any community area, discussion forum, or other interactive feature (“Community”), You agree to engage respectfully and lawfully.

You shall not post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, threatening, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

15.2 Moderation and Removal

The Company may monitor, edit, or remove Community content at its sole discretion to preserve a safe and supportive environment, but is under no obligation to do so.

Breach of this section may result in suspension or termination of Your Account without refund.

15.3 Licence to Use Submissions

By posting in the Community, You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and reproduce Your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

15.4 No Reliance on Community Content

Community discussions are personal opinions only and do not constitute advice from the Company.

The Company disclaims all liability arising from reliance on any user-generated content.

15.5 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim or loss arising out of Your conduct or content within the Community.

15.6 Reference to Guidelines

Participation is also governed by the Community Guidelines available on our Website.

By using the Community, You confirm that You have read and accepted those Guidelines and these Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Service and all Digital Content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by You for the specific Digital Content or Subscription in the 12 months preceding the event.

Nothing limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

17. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites.

The Company is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Accessing such sites is at Your own risk.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to consumer rights in Your EU member state of residence.

You may bring legal proceedings in Cyprus or in Your home country if You are an EU consumer.

19. Online Dispute Resolution (EU)

EU consumers may submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform:

The Company will engage in good-faith efforts to resolve disputes directly.

20. Data Protection

22. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Failure to enforce a right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Material updates will be communicated through reasonable means, such as email or notice on our Website.

Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
