At The Eternal Tarot, we aim to make your experience meaningful, transparent, and fair. No matter where in the world you're joining from. This Refund Policy applies consistently across all regions.

1. Courses and Digital Programs

14-Day Refund Window (All Customers)

All customers worldwide may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any digital course. This applies regardless of whether you have accessed the content. We do not require you to waive your withdrawal rights.

Satisfaction Guarantee (Course Completion)

We also offer an additional satisfaction guarantee for our courses:

If you complete the entire course and do not feel any meaningful improvement in your intuition, clarity, or sense of spiritual connection, you may request a full refund — even after the 14-day period.

You may keep any downloadable materials you received. This guarantee is voluntary, offered by us, and sits alongside your statutory consumer rights.

How to Request a Course Refund

  • Your full name
  • The course name
  • Date of purchase
  • Whether you are requesting a 14-day refund or the satisfaction guarantee
  • Optional: a brief note about your experience

We respond within 3–5 business days.

Refund Method

All refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Course Refund Limitations

Refunds will not be issued:

  • For requests made after 14 days unless using the completion-based guarantee
  • Due to dissatisfaction with the community or other members’ behaviour (community access is an added feature, not a stand-alone product)

2. Personalised Readings

Tarot and intuitive readings are non-refundable once delivered, as they are personalised, one-off services that cannot be resold or re-created.

If there is a technical issue or missing file, we will ensure you receive your reading properly.

3. Subscription Services

We offer a goodwill refund for subscription charges for the current billing period, provided the request is made within 14 days of the billing date. This refund applies globally and reflects the most customer-friendly standard across our markets.

Subscription Refund Terms

  • Applies only to the current billing cycle
  • Does not apply to previous periods
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the billing date may be declined
  • You may cancel any time via your Account Settings

4. Community Access

Access to our community may be included with courses or subscriptions. Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with:

  • discussions,
  • other members’ behaviour,
  • moderation decisions,
  • or community activity levels.

Community participation is optional and governed by our Community Guidelines.

5. Processing Time

Refunds approved under this policy will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout. Clearance times vary depending on your payment processor and bank.

6. Alignment With Terms

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. If discrepancies arise, the Terms of Service prevail.
